1. Services Offered

My House Painting provides residential and commercial painting services including, but not limited to:

  • Interior Painting

  • Exterior Painting & Staining

  • Residential & Commercial Painting

  • Surface Preparation & Cleanup

All services are subject to availability and an agreed-upon project scope and timeline.


2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information given by the customer at the time of request.

  • All prices are clearly stated, with no hidden fees. Final pricing may vary if project details or scope change during the job.

  • Any changes to the original agreement must be confirmed in writing.


3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Scheduled projects are confirmed once both parties agree on a start date and scope.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we request at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.


4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely painting process, customers are responsible for:

  • Providing access to the work area on scheduled days

  • Removing valuable or fragile items from workspaces

  • Securing pets or small children during work hours

  • Informing us of any surface issues, such as water damage or mold, prior to the start of the project


5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.

  • A deposit may be required before work starts, with the balance due upon project completion.

  • We accept [list acceptable payment methods, e.g., cash, check, major credit cards, etc.].


6. Warranties and Guarantees

  • We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 14 days of project completion so we can address any concerns.

  • Our warranty covers labor and paint application issues due to workmanship but does not cover:

    • Damage caused by external factors (e.g., weather, structural issues)

    • Customer-supplied paints or materials

    • Normal wear and tear


7. Liability

My House Painting is insured and takes necessary precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing conditions or structural defects

  • Damage due to customer negligence or unreported issues

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control


8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of My House Painting and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.


9. Privacy
